The purchas is not sync when communication is not established between iPhone and Apple Watch.
Make sure, whether Bluetooth is on.
Try to launch both app, iPhone and Apple Watch at the same time.
Change several settings for Apple Watch.
It's still not synced, please reinstall app on iPhone and recovery the purchase.
